Fold into the mayomaise. Let it sit for 20 minutes. Fold slaw mix into sliced cabbage and set aside. Crabs - Place oil in a large saute pan and place over high heat until oil is at smoking point. Place crabs in buttermilk then flour and put into hot pan. Cook 3 minutes each side, then remove and let drain on paper towel. Serve - Place 1 cup slaw mix on a serving plate and top with two soft shell crabs. Yield: Four each
